A fully, student-run coalition aiming to provide free, accessible, and compassionate care to the homeless and housing-insecure populations of Los Angeles, thanks to donations like yours.
Every Wednesday, we provide on-site medical attention, social services, health promotion and education, as we strive to dismantle the stigmas and complex social barriers that prevent homeless individuals from seeking out and receiving the care they need.

We believe that our clients should have a voice in shaping their care. Therefore, MCP has developed a program that meets our clients where they live, then takes the time to uniquely assess each individual's needs, and finally identifies other necessary social services that are well equipped to address their needs offsite.

Our team does the absolute best we can to make our clients feel comfortable and relaxed in their own environment, so we don’t use exam rooms or chairs. We simply meet them where they are: street-side.
MCP addresses the needs of homeless populations by fostering a culture of solidarity between volunteers and clients. Through collaboration between various UCLA departments, partnerships with local nonprofits, and support from private donors like you, the Mobile Clinic Project is able to address the widespread acute and chronic healthcare needs of the homeless population through a diverse variety of social and medical resources:
We serve over 1,000 clients each year and it breaks down as follows:
▸$15,000 in patient supplies (hygiene kits, clothing, and much more)
▸$10,000 in medications (blood pressure control, antibiotics, vitamins, and more)
▸$8,000 in prescription glasses
▸$2,200 in transportation costs for patients
