Our Crowdfunding Groups
The year was 1982, the 49ers won Super Bowl XVI, St. Louis won the World Series and UCLA’s football team found a new home in the Rose Bowl. Energized by the arrival of their beloved Bruins, a group of enthusiastic UCLA alumni formed an alumni club centered on the Rose Bowl itself and serving not only Pasadena but all communities in the Arroyo Seco area including Bradbury, Monrovia, Duarte, El Monte, Rosemead, Temple City, San Marino, San Gabriel, Alhambra, South Pasadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Altadena, Sunland, Montrose, La Crescenta, La Canada-Flintridge, Eagle Rock, Los Feliz, Northeast Los Angeles, eastern parts of Glendale and the surrounding neighborhoods.
From its inception, the Rose Bowl Bruins have been dedicated to supporting the greater interests of UCLA and connecting local alumni to campus.
A major focus of our group has been to encourage local students in selecting UCLA and supporting them by providing scholarships.
In order to increase the support provided to our Alumni Scholars, we are working to build our endowment to $100,000. Currently our endowment has reached $75,000. With your help we know we will reach our goal of $100,000.
