Many Bruins are experiencing hardship due to unanticipated travel, food, and housing expenses during the pandemic. As in any time of crisis, the UCLA community responds by asking what they can do to help. Here’s how:
The Senior Class Gift Committee invites you to join us in supporting the efforts of the UCLA's Economic Crisis Response Team (ECRT) with our Senior Class Gift.
The Economic Crisis Response Fund is supported entirely by members of the Bruin community like you, and a gift of any amount will help meet a student’s time-sensitive need.
In response to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the Economic Crisis Response Team is in need of funds to assist students facing financial hardship due to the public health crisis, including:
- Loss of wages
- Unanticipated travel costs
- Food and housing expenses
- Supplies, hygiene products, and other basic needs
Support the efforts of ECRT and help Bruins succeed academically while learning remotely. Your gift will assist this multi-disciplinary team of dedicated staff and faculty to fulfill the requests and needs of students.
Whether you give back to your academic college, department, student organizations, or ECRT, your gift will have an impact at UCLA for generations to come.
The Senior Class Gift is a time-honored tradition at UCLA that gives graduates an opportunity to leave their legacy on campus. Previous classes have supported our campus libraries, student scholarships, programs and resources to promote student mental wellness. Join the tradition today and make an impact on a Bruin's life.
Regardless of where you give or how much you give, your gift will go a long way toward helping Bruins severely impacted by the health crisis stay on track to graduate.
