Healthcare Hugs

The incredible and dedicated healthcare workers of UCLA Health continue to rise and meet the extraordinary challenges brought on by COVID-19, all the while remaining steadfast in their commitment to the communities they serve. In turn, our community has also recognized this commitment.

UCLA Health has received an outpouring from our community members, who want to show support to our amazing employees through simple ideas and small gifts that would make the day of any one of them. Donations to Healthcare Hugs allows just that, providing small token gifts from community members to UCLA healthcare workers, showing them their community is behind them 100%.

A gift to Healthcare Hugs in an amount of $25 will help to provide a gift card that will be distributed to a UCLA Health employee. A gift in an amount of $50 will help to provide a wellness or fitness package to a UCLA Health employee. "As a high school student, this pandemic has really shown me how much UCLA healthcare workers tirelessly work to keep our communities healthy and safe. When I saw all of the pressure and strain it put on them, I knew I couldn’t just sit back and let them power through this alone. They needed a hug.
