UCLA’s community is diverse in so many ways; undergraduate students come from many different backgrounds, unique experiences, and non-traditional paths on their way to joining the Bruin Family. The Bruin Resource Center, or “BRC” as it’s known on campus, is a department in Student Affairs whose mission is to support students’ development, well-being, and academic success by providing valuable resources, services and learning opportunities, and by promoting a supportive and inclusive campus community.
The BRC’s dedicated staff work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure students have access to the resources and programming needed. Your donation of any size greatly supports these efforts and initiatives. Whether it's by buying snacks for the BRC office, purchasing a text book or school supply for a Bruin in crisis, taking advantage of opportunities for professional or academic development, or simply keeping the lights on - your gift makes a difference whether it's big or small.
In addition, the BRC staff partner with Parent & Family Programs to provide these non-traditional student populations with Care Packages at the end of each quarter with toiletries, snacks, and notes of encouragement generously assembled by the the Parents’ Council, and Parent & Family Association Volunteers.
Please join the staff and supporters of the UCLA Bruin Resource Center in our efforts to prepare for the robust and vibrant re-opening of the UCLA campus. You will truly be lending a hand to our diverse student population, and to the amazing staff that make our students feel like they have a home on campus.
