Our Crowdfunding Groups
While we still have a number of COVID-related restrictions in place, UCLA Health Operation Mend is back to full function! Surgeries that were put off due to the pandemic are now being performed and our monthly Intensive Treatment Program cohorts are full.
We last reached out to our generous buddy families and supporters in 2016 for gift cards to nearby restaurants and grocery stores, and this support has sustained us until now! Providing that extra love and support to our patients when they are here with their families, means so much to us…and them!
We are asking you today to sponsor gift cards for local food locations in 5, 10, and 25-dollar increments.
Currently, Operation Mend provides each patient and caregiver with a gift card to Ralph’s during their stay, but Ralph’s no longer has the hot food options that they had prior to the pandemic. While we now have coupons for drinks and snacks at 7-11, a generous supporter of our program, we would like to be able to offer more food options for our warriors.
