We reached $10,000! Our concert will happen! Thanks to all of our donors and friends for helping us make it this far toward our concert! Your contributions have helped us buy sheet music, risers, and Royce Hall expenses for the concert itself!
Knowing of our further needs for this concert, an anonymous donor has challenged us to go for the gold! This donor will match dollar-for-dollar up to $2,500 above and beyond our original goal.
We can make this concert even better, give Prof. Neuen a glorious send-off, and take the Chorale to heights it has only dreamed of! And any additional funds we raise will serve to bolster next year’s choral program and to assure the quality of UCLA Choral Activities remains high!

We are committed to singing with the highest level of professional discipline, mental focus, artistic musicality, and expression. Our conductor and mentor, Donald Neuen, has led us in our relentless pursuit of excellence. We are preparing to perform a dynamic, impacting concert of Ludwig Van Beethoven's great choral works in Royce Hall, Saturday, June 7 at 8 PM!

Distinguished Prof. Donald Neuen, our beloved conductor and mentor, is retiring from UCLA after 50 years of collegiate teaching and 60 years of conducting and we want to honor his legacy. This night will be especially meaningful, as it will be his final concert before launching into a more active career as guest conductor and clinician.
To perform the unsurpassed genius of Ludwig van Beethoven.
Like Professor Neuen, Beethoven had an intense love of music and a commitment to serving the world through his music. It is fitting that we perform Beethoven to honor Professor Neuen's legacy.

Classical music allows us to express our highest hopes, dreams and deepest emotions. Our continued mission is to keep the finest traditions of classical music vibrant and at the forefront of our musical culture--to be the voices that will carry on the legacies of the masters—Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, and yes, Donald Neuen!
We are deeply committed to bringing the power of Beethoven to you, but we cannot do it alone!
This concert is budgeted at $30,000. We are hoping through this campaign to raise one third, $10,000 to make this magical event possible.
