Our crowdfunding campaign has ended but you can still support the Arthur Ashe Jr. Legacy Fund by clicking here.
During this season of giving and gratitude, we want to thank you for your support of the Arthur Ashe Legacy. Because of your generosity, the Ashe Legacy has been able to award its first scholarship, begin collection of oral histories, secure archival materials, and offer the Fiat Lux Seminar, Arthur Ashe and the Second Half of the 20th Century, taught by Dean and Vice Provost of Undergraduate Education, Patricia Turner. On October 30th, the class was honored to welcome very special guests Charlie Pasarell and Donald Dell as guest speakers to share their stories as close friends and colleagues of Arthur. As we look ahead to next year, and with the UCLA Centennial Campaign ending on December 31, we can't wait to see how the community continues to come together in moving forward this special project. Happy New Year!
