Founded in 2005, CalRBS is a project of the Department of Information Studies at the School of Education and Information Studies at UCLA. CalRBS is supported by an informal consortium of many of the academic and research libraries and antiquarian booksellers of Southern California.

The number of current and former CalRBS faculty members committed to educating the next generation of librarians.

A gift of $600 will pay for partial costs of attendance for students who wish to attend this year, but have financial constraints.

A gift of $1,200 will pay for a librarian, an archivist or an Information Studies student to attend one course this summer.
