Our Crowdfunding Groups
The Latinx Greek council oversees 8 fraternities and sororities with the shared mission of academic excellence, community service, and the celebration of the Latinx culture. Our council serves as a united voice, dedicated to not only representing our organizations’ interests but to increase and promote awareness of the rich history and traditions of Latinx Greek-lettered organizations. In 2004, the council formed with a goal of awarding scholarships to Latinx identifying students to aid in retention. 
We recognize the obstacles that come with pursuing higher education, especially with being a first-generation college student. A primary goal for our council is to foster academic excellence among our members which is why we are asking you for your support! Traditionally, we, as a council, award a few active members with scholarships at the end of the academic year to celebrate academic achievement and aid in the costs that come with being a full time student. With the expansion of our council and the welcoming of new members, we find ourselves needing your help to make these scholarships possible.
You can support us by donating any money you can to help us reach our goal which directly impacts our members through scholarships! A total of 6 scholarships will be awarded to support the education of our members to pursue their dream career. Even if you’re unable to donate, we appreciate you boosting our campaign by sharing with friends, family, and on social media.

Should this fund reach the campus minimum required for the establishment of an endowment or quasi-endowment, The UCLA Foundation reserves the right to convert this fund to an endowment or quasi-endowment. Each active member pays about $7 per quarter to the Latinx Greek Council. Donate this amount to cover a members dues for one quarter
Our scholarships began in 2004 as a way of uniting members from different Latinx Greek Organizations. Donate $20.04 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the LGC scholarships with us!
No Bruin can succeed in their classes without the proper materials! Donate $42 to cover one members course materials for one class.
At any given time, we have about 100 active members so give $100 to invest a dollar into each members future!
Each scholarship awarded will be $500 to go toward an active members tuition, fees, and educational expenses. Donate $500 to give one scholarship!
