May is National Physical Fitness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the benefits of active lifestyles. During this month, communities across the country are encouraged to participate in activities that foster health and wellness.
UCLA Health Sound Body Sound Mind (SBSM) promotes student health and wellness to reverse childhood obesity and youth inactivity at more than 150 Los Angeles-area middle and high schools. The program provides a state-of-the-art fitness center, innovative curriculums, and professional development training for physical educators to support healthy lifestyles and self-confidence for nearly 200,000 students annually.
Box for a Cause! In support and celebration of National Physical Fitness month and National Kid Fitness Day, SBSM has partnered with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness for two (2) special fundraising boxing classes to benefit local middle schools and high schools. Proceeds will be used to repair or replace worn out exercise equipment as well as fund teacher professional development training of our curricula. We invite you to join us at one or more of the classes below.
Unleash your inner champion and transform your fitness journey with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, where world-class training meets cutting-edge technology for a dynamic and empowering workout experience.
NO boxing experience is required and ALL fitness levels are welcomed - you work at your own pace, YOU versus YOU!
You’ll love the coach-led workouts that are designed by Floyd himself to make your best even better. The workouts are a combination of boxing and strength & conditioning fitness exercises.
