Thank you once again for all your support! We have 5 days left in the campaign and we need your help! We currently are a little over a third of the way there and we need your help to reach our goal. Please spread the word and consider contributing once more to help provide funding for students to pursue unpaid public service internships! We hope to make public service internships a pathway to success instead of barrier, as it is right now for so many students. Every dollar counts. Thank you!
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to our campaign so far! We have raised over 2,000 dollars, and we need your help spreading the word to raise the remaining 8,000. Thank you for being so passionate about this cause, and we hope you will continue to share it with people you know who are equally as passionate about making public service internships more accessible to students like us. We can’t do this without you!
For a donation of 8 dollars, you will receive an 8-clap video of our Bruins in DC! Your 8 dollars could go towards a meal for an intern.
For a donation of 25 dollars, you will receive a thank you video from a Bruin interning in DC! Your 25 dollars will be going towards one full week of transportation costs for the intern.
For a generous donation of 50 dollars, you will get a shoutout on our Facebook page for your fantastic contribution! Your 50 dollars will go towards an intern's utility fees.
For a great donation of 100 dollars, you will receive a personalized video from a DC Bruin thanking you for helping them come this far! You will also be given a shoutout on our Facebook page. Your 100 dollars could go towards an intern's groceries while in DC.
For an amazing donation of 250 dollars, you will receive a postcard from DC Bruins and a stuffed Bruin Bear! Your amazing contribution of 250 dollars can go towards an intern's flight fees to DC and back. (tax deductible donation of $240)
For a fantastic donation of 500 dollars, you will receive a mentorship call from a DC Bruin! You will also receive a personalized card signed by all our DC Bruins thanking you for your donation, in addition to a shoutout on all of our social media platforms. A donation of 500 dollars will help cover half of an intern's rent in DC.
