Elizabeth and Daniel Bergman ’74 are willing to match more of your donations,  so let’s not leave any money on the table! If 100 of you can each give $10, we will reach our goal. If 40 of you can each contribute $25, we will hit the mark. If 10 of you are each willing to donate $100, we will have raised $10,000 for our scholarship fund which supports outstanding UCLA students like Lanna Pathman. ANY amount is appreciated!

We’re almost there! The Conejo Valley Bruins can see the finish line but with less than 15 hours left in our Spark crowdfunding campaign, now is the time for everyone to help us reach our goal of raising $10,000 in contributions to our scholarship fund. Help our exceptional local students attend UCLA. 

We still have a little more than $3,600 to raise by 11:59 p.m. TONIGHT, Thursday, March 31, but thanks to a generous matching challenge by Daniel ’74 and Elizabeth Bergman, every donation up to the next $1,845 will be matched dollar for dollar! EVERY gift counts and makes a difference!

It’s a sprint to the end, but with YOUR help, we'll win this race and make history!

Spencer Miller and his family have generously stepped forward to match the first $500 in donations today to the UCLA Alumni Conejo Valley Network's Spark Campaign. This is on top of an already generous match (up to $5000) from Daniel and Elizabeth Bergman! That means if the group receives $500 in donations it will end up being worth $2000! How awesome is that?

There are just 6 days left in the UCLA Spark campaign to raise funds for alumni scholarships and we are only 11% of the way toward our goal of raising $10,000 for the Conejo Valley Regional Scholarship Fund. But help is on the way!

Daniel ’74 and Elizabeth Bergman have graciously stepped up and pledged to match up to $5,000 of donations to our scholarship fund!

Daniel and Elizabeth Bergman are long time supporters of UCLA and avid Bruins. Daniel, a UCLA ’74 graduate and an attorney for 38 years, has served on the Executive Committee of the UCLA Fund, is a chair emeritus of the San Fernando Valley/Ventura County Chancellor Society and a member of the prestigious UCLA Blue Shield Society. Elizabeth, a paralegal for over 25 years, takes great pride in her daughter’s 2015 M.Ed. from UCLA. In addition to being members of Chancellor’s Cabinet and the Wooden Athletic Fund, Daniel and Elizabeth have made contributions to the UCLA History and Education Departments as well as to Men’s and Women’s Golf, which is their passion.

Lanna Pathman is the first recipient of the UCLA Alumni Conejo Valley Network Scholarship! Lanna started at UCLA in Fall 2015 and is studying Psychobiology.
