We launched our #nextgendocs campaign at the 2014 meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is incredibly significant for us as one of our current students, Ariel Simerman, was in attendance and presented her original research! She was provided this opportunity by Dr. Roy Pitkin, one of our extraordinarily generous offline donors. Dr. Pitkin helped Ariel move one step closer to her goal of becoming a physician. On Sunday, November 9th, we held a yoga fundraiser for the Next Generation of Doctors. A very special thank you to our sponsors, Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club and Santa Monica Sports Club. We also want to sincerely thank everyone who supported us! We stretched, lunged, and warriored, our way to 60% of our $10,000 goal.
