Dear BLU supporters,

Thank you so much for your donation! Your support was vital to the success of our 2022 campaign, where we raised $8,520! With those funds, we were able to cover all of our players’ dues for spring quarter, decreasing the costs of bid fees, lodging, transportation, and various other season expenses.

This current season, we’re excited to welcome new rookies to BLU, play lots of tournaments, and hopefully make it to Nationals! We’ve been improving our skills and team chemistry all of this and last quarter and we can’t wait to see how we do at our upcoming Prez Day tournament and the Stanford Invite. We believe we can make it all the way to Nationals, but we can’t do it without your support!

Unfortunately, UCLA Club Sports provides us with very little funding, so the numerous season expenses have been difficult to manage. We would appreciate it so much if you could help out BLU again by contributing any amount you’re comfortable with, big or small, to our team through our new 2023 campaign website. Playing ultimate has benefitted all of our players in countless ways and it would mean the absolute world if you could continue helping us on our journey.

Dear Amazing BLU Supporters, 

Our team is so grateful for everyone’s kindness, support and generous gifts to our Spark Campaign. We promise to keep working hard at practice in hopes of making it all the way to nationals this year! 

Reaching our initial goal will help us cover travel costs, housing, bid fees and some financial aid for players. That being said, we reached our goal in just 2 days and there are still 27 days left in our campaign! We have decided to increase our goal to $10,000 and hope to continue our momentum to reach our new stretch goal. This additional money will go towards paying for nationals bid fees, transportation, lodging as well as providing more financial aid for players in need. We want to make Women's Ultimate Frisbee accessible to everyone and providing more financial support for players will make this possible!
