We are reaching out one last time to let you know there’s still time to help UCLA Bruin Racing Baja get to our competitions this year! Our fundraising campaign is almost over, and so far we have raised $8,800 of our $15,000 goal. With your help, we can meet it!

We’re still hard at work finishing our off-road vehicle, and we would be so grateful if you could help us out by sharing our Spark Campaign Page with others! So far, we've raised $3,500 of our $15,000 goal. Our first competition, against over 100 other colleges in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is coming up soon in early May, but there’s still plenty of time to help us get there and win! Bruin Racing Baja
We design and build every part of the Baja car ourselves, including the gearbox, transmission, suspension, and frame, and every component on our vehicle is vital, no matter how small! Your gift of $10 will help us pay for the critical nuts and bolts that make it go.
Bruin Racing is proud to offer hands-on training programs in computer-aided design (CAD), machining, electronics, composite materials, and welding. These subjects are not typically taught at UCLA until a students third or fourth year, if at all, but through our training program, your gift of $20 will help cover material costs for one student to be able to immediately learn and contribute as early as their first few weeks on the team.
At Bruin Racing, we put safety first! We use a special six-point harness seatbelt to keep our drivers safe, in addition to other equipment, and have maintained an outstanding safety record throughout our team history. Your donation of $50 will help us ensure we have the best safety equipment, both in the shop and on our car.
Your gift of $100 will help us cover the (inevitably necessary) spare tire for our team trailer, as we drive it over 6,000 miles to Portland, OR and Oshkosh, WI!
Your gift of $250 will help us fund round-trip transportation to our competition in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for one member!
Your gift of $500 will help cover permits, food, transportation, and other supplies for a team Drive Day, where we bring several of our vehicles to the desert for testing! As a thank you, we will send you exclusive videos from the drive day and a framed team photograph. (Tax deductible donation of $490)
Your gift of $1,000 will help us completely fund our team food costs at either the Oregon or Wisconsin competition! As a thank you, we will send you a merchandise package and team photograph, as well as your name on our car as a -Special Thanks To!- (Tax deductible donation of $960)
