We did it!!
Thank you for your generous contributions to our club! We are amazed by the outpouring of support and generosity we received from friends, family, alumni, and everyone else who has helped us reach our goal of $10,000! From all the members of Rocket Project, we would like to say thank you! Our donors are an integral part of the club and we are grateful for your support. Thank you so much for supporting our Spark crowdfunding campaign! We wanted to let you all know that our Ares launch in the Mojave desert yesterday was a success! We set a new world record for the highest apogee of a liquid-bipropellant rocket designed and built entirely by college students, reaching an apogee of 22,293 feet above ground level. The rocket was named Phoenix, and will soon be hanging in our lab at UCLA after a successful recovery. This could not be possible without everyone who's supported us this year and in the past, so thank you very much for your part in our success.
If you have not already, please let anyone else you may know that might want to support us to reach even greater heights!
