Support the Future of Immigrant Rights

In 2018, the UCLA community came together in support of undocumented and international students for the first #UCLAForAll campaign, raising nearly $90,000 to help cover basic living expenses and core educational needs for undocumented Bruins.  Now, the UCLA Dream Resource Center is building on this legacy with the second #UCLAForAll campaign, this time aimed at empowering the next generation of immigrant youth to be at the forefront of social justice movements across the country.

Housed at the UCLA Labor Center, the Dream Resource Center provides fellowship opportunities for immigrant youth and allies that offer on-the-ground leadership experience in movement building and social justice organizing.  The DRC’s Dream Summer Fellowship, the first paid national fellowship for and by undocumented immigrant youth, places fellows within social justice-based organizations where they lead efforts that strengthen the role of immigrant rights issues alongside each organization’s unique mission.  Through Dream Summer, the DRC has provided over 900 fellowship opportunities with 256 partner organizations across the country in its 13 year history.

If you are able, please consider making a gift in support of the Dream Resource Center and Dream Summer Fellows today. Your gift will allow the DRC to continue extending paid fellowship opportunities to the next generation of immigrant rights leaders and advocates.  With a gift in support of the DRC, you can play a role in shaping the future of social justice movements and building the path toward equity for workers, families, and communities. Your gift will be put to immediate use with this year’s Dream Summer Fellowships program, which will commence on June 20, 2023.
