It’s been a few months, but as many of you know, VCN 44 was a GREAT SUCCESS! Your support made it possible for us to share our story on the Royce Hall stage, and we’re so grateful for your generosity.
We’re excited to announce that our Spark campaign for VCN 45 has officially launched! This year’s show is especially significant as we celebrate both the 45th anniversary of VCN and the 50th anniversary of Black April, a momentous event in Vietnamese history. These milestones make this year's production bigger and more meaningful than ever before.
We’ve already begun planning for what will be an unforgettable night, and we’re aiming for an even more impactful production to honor these occasions. As always, we need your support to make it happen. Your donations will go toward every aspect of the show—from set design and costumes to the technical elements that bring the story to life.

Before the new academic year starts, we want to thank all our donors again for helping put on an incredible 44th Vietnamese Culture Night! We are so grateful for all our 252 donors who helped us raise $14,446 for our memorable event. Our culture night was a success last year, and we're already planning and looking forward to our next one.

When we started planning for our production over a year ago to this date, we never imagined all of the love and support we would receive from each and every one of you in helping us to get to the Royce Hall stage... and it was all only possible because of YOUR gracious support. Thank YOU for enabling us to share our story with the whole world!

With our Spark campaign now completed, we just want to say... THANK YOU SO MUCH! We've absolutely blasted through our goal, raising $14,096 out of our original $12,500 goal (amounting to ~112% raised)! Thank you to every single person for the love and support we've received over the course of our SPARK campaign! As mentioned before, it's because of donors like you that we're able to even dream of putting on such a large production like this, so thank YOU!
As a reminder, if you donated at a perk level, and indicated you'd like to receive your perks, please fill out the following form by November 23rd, 2023 to ensure we can properly obtain all the information we need: https://forms.gle/GQiW4cJjbzBsxhbEA. We'll confirm your donation, and then record your info accordingly! As noted before, perks will be fulfilled by approximately late-February (at the latest). Failure to fill out this form in time will result in your perks being donated to our community!
Ticket distribution for our in-person production will start closer to our show date, so please keep an eye out! We'll send another update accordingly, just to keep everyone informed. We'll also have a livestream of our production, so if you're unable to attend, you'll still be able to view what all of your support has worked towards!

As of November 16th (our last day for our Spark campaign), we have SURPASSED OUR GOAL of our SPARK campaign goal ($12,711 out of $12,500)! We're so excited and thankful for all of the love and support we've been receiving from each and every single donor who has helped us get this far! It's because of donors like you that we're able to even dream of putting on such a large production like this, so thank YOU!
We have just about 10 hours left in our campaign (ends today, November 16th at 11:59pm PST), and we're looking to go even further beyond our goal, with the hope of further chipping away at our production budget!
