Our Crowdfunding Groups
The UCLA Law Class of 2024 has come together to create a lasting impact at the school by creating a class gift campaign. This gift is being used to support improvements to student life and public service fellowships in the David J. Epstein Program in Public Interest Law & Policy. We hope that you will join the class by making a donation today.
As law students, we often spend a lot of time on campus and in student spaces like the courtyard and student commons. These areas play an essential role in building a sense of community for all UCLA Law students. The Class of 2024 aims to raise funds to enhance these spaces for future students.
Every summer, over 140 public interest-minded UCLA Law students have access to financial support through the school to engage in unpaid public interest summer positions. As the Class of 2024, we value this opportunity as a cornerstone of our legal education and aim to increase summer funding so the next class can have this opportunity.
After the campaign, we will split the total with 1/3 of the funding for student life improvements and 2/3s for the public service fellowships. The Class Gift Campaign has been a tradition since it was first started by the Class of 2008, giving each graduating class the chance to contribute to UCLA Law and the programs, organizations, facilities, and environment that have been meaningful to them as students. Graduating Bruins who make a gift of $20.24, will receive a Philanthropy Cord*. The philanthropy cord is a gold cord that can be worn with your cap and gown. It symbolizes your commitment to UCLA Law and supporting future generations of Bruin Lawyers!
Graduating Bruins who make a gift of $50, will also receive a UCLA Card Holder*.
Graduating Bruins who make a gift of $100, will also receive a UCLA Law Hat*.
Graduating Bruins who make a gift of $250, will also receive a UCLA Law Frame and 1-year membership to the Dean's Circle*. Dean's Circle membership provides access to special communications and invitation-only events throughout the year, including special updates from the dean on current initiatives and achievements, the Alumni Awards, UCLA sporting events, and so much more.
*Perks are intended for 2024 Graduating Law Students.
Picking Up Your Perks:
Please bring your gift confirmation and Bruin ID to A105 on Mondays -Fridays starting on April 29th – May 9th during the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. to pick up your perks.
