Annually, UCLA Staff Assembly requests your support to continue funding scholarships that promote staff career and professional development. Now, more than ever, we need your help. Every dollar is a building block to further enhance staff career and professional development. Our staff members need your support.
Our GOAL is to reach 125 donors.
Anyone can donate, so please spread the word to your extended network of friends, colleagues, and family members.
Every year, Staff Assembly support UCLA staff with $750 scholarships. These scholarships allow staff across the campus and health system who seek to enhance and grow their careers. In 2024, fifty (50) staff members were awarded scholarships thanks to the generosity of donors like you.

Founded in 1978 and supported by the Office of the Chancellor and Campus Human Resources, UCLA Staff Assembly is an organization for staff, by staff dedicated to promoting the interest and welfare of all staff employees. UCLA Staff Assembly serves as an advisory body to the Chancellor and University Administration on issues of concern to staff. Through educational, social, and community programs, we foster staff engagement in support of UCLA's mission. UCLA Staff Assembly provides a two-way communication system to help promote respect and cooperation among staff and other members of the UCLA community and offers a vehicle and programming to advocate for staff. In addition, but not limited to, UCLA Staff Assembly offers opportunities for staff to give back to the UCLA community through staff scholarships, fundraising, and special events.

In 1990, on the 25th anniversary of Pauley Pavilion, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, known as Lew Alcindor during his UCLA career, and Bill Walton were the first to have their numbers retired. A donation at this level will earn you recognition on our Staff Assembly website and social media platforms. (Fully Tax Deductible)
Jackie Robinson made the number 42 as iconic as the man himself. For that very reason, his number was retired and no Bruin will be issued the number 42, in any sport, ever again. Donate in honor of Jackie Robinson to help ensure that his legacy is upheld and carried forward by Bruins for generations to come. In appreciation of your donation, ten (10) donors may claim $20 ASUCLA gift card. (Tax Deductible Donation of $22)
Live well and envision UCLA as the healthiest #1 public university in the nation! In appreciation of your generosity, fifteen (15) donors may claim a Semel Healthy Campus Initiative wellness package, which includes Marcie Rothmans $5 Chef Family Cookbook, a Semel HCI branded drawstring bag, a sticker, and a phone wallet. UCLAs collegiate sports championship history stands out as one of the most impressive of any university in the nation. With 123 NCAA team championships, UCLA is the definition of "Champions Made Here" not only for elite student-athletes but also for our champion staff. Your contribution will help us continue to fund scholarships to recognize our champion staff. (Fully Tax Deductible)
A True Bruin embraces the True Bruin values and traditions and is a Bruin for life. In appreciation of your generosity, five (5) donors can claim two (2) tickets each to the UCLA Mens Basketball game at Pauley Pavilion, UCLA vs. Washington on December 3, 2024, to cheer on our UCLA Bruins. A donation at this level directly supports one scholarship for a staff member. In appreciation of your generosity, five (5) donors will receive four basketball game tickets! Two (2) tickets to the UCLA vs. Washington UCLA Mens Basketball game on December 3, 2024, and two (2) tickets to the UCLA vs. Oregon UCLA Mens Basketball game on January 30, 2025 (Tax Deductible Donation of $456)
Be our premium Blue and Gold Advocate. Your donation provides UCLA staff members important opportunities for professional development. In appreciation of your generosity, two (2) donors will receive four (4) tickets each to a UCLA Football game to cheer on our UCLA Bruins. (Tax Deductible Donation of $660)
