This past summer, five members of the Navajo Water Project traveled to the Navajo Reservation and constructed an off-grid water system for one other family.
Your donations were vital as all parts of the system were purchased with money donated during the SPARK campaign. Your donation helped provide a 550 gallon water tank, a double basin sink, an electric water pump, a solar panel, a battery, and all the other components required to build a sink with running water.

Thank you for being a part of the 72 donors that helped the Navajo Water Project raise $5,540! We really appreciate your generosity and wanted to give you an update on what we've been up to so far!
This past Spring Break, 7 of us visited two families out on the Navajo Reservation. We assessed one family's home, taking measurements of their hogan and the surrounding land to prepare for the implementation trip in the summer. In addition, we revisited a family we worked with last year to improve the gray water line and the solar-powered, pressurized water system we constructed. We are continually seeking for more effective and efficient designs for future systems, so revisiting last year's family was extremely helpful. We had a great time working with both families and each other!

Your gift of $500 allows us to purchase a water heater for the two Navajo families we are working with this year. Temperatures in Arizona can get extremely low, so we along with these families appreciate your generosity! To show our appreciation, we would love to invite you to our banquet!

With your generous contribution, one family is halfway to receiving their solar-powered, running water system!
